Ive just stacked his numbers up against Hampton, Williams, Wilfork, and Haynesworth in this VERY THREAD. He has blown them ALL out of the water to the point its not even close. Anyone else anybody wants to roll out there against him? AGAIN I SAY.....the facts are far different then the perception.

......Im fine with Ratliff myself. In fact im a huge fan of his. Just saying, Rogers in the middle and Rat on the end IS a huge upgrade. Put him in Dallas on this team, in this ONE GAP system, with these players around him and im betting he's a happy camper and produces bigtime. Playing your entite career in Detroit and cleveland can make anyone unhappy.

People do get what you're saying. Rogers does have his fans here. (IIRC Rack is one of them.) But most of us don't want any more malcontents, no matter how talented.

Rogers is a huge baby -- first on the field where he has to take himself out of the game every other play because he's so out of shape, and now because of some ridiculous "I've been disrespected" whine because the coach who wasn't even his coach at the time didn't speak to him.

No thanks. We need more guys who have guts and desire, and fewer with bad attitudes and excuses.

............I guess what I am trying to say is that I do not believe he is anywhere near the malcontent he is made out to be. NO WAY he could produce the numbers that he has if he were. This guy isnt a w.r like T.O where the offense runs through him. Rogers is an interior defensive lineman, those guys can not produce the kind of numbers he does without giving the effort. Its impossible. As ive said, he blows all competition out of the water. If he really is a malcontent I'd shutter to think what he could do if he werent...LOL

Here he is stacked up against a known hustle player on the interior of a defense, Haloti Ngata............In his best 5 year stretch Rogers has produced 322 tackles and 23 sacks. Meanwhile Ngata has produced 149 tackles and 5 sacks in his three year career. All Ngata has to do is produce 173 tackles and 18 sacks in the next two seasons to EQUAL the malcontent Rogers production. Anyone think Ngata will do it? Im running out of interior lineman to compare this malcontent to, any ideas?....LMBO!

Furthermore, I also compared his stats to Albert Haynesworth who cam from an agressive Jeff Fisher 4-3 defense. Guess what? Rogers blew him out of the water too, by over a HUNDRED TACKLES! ................WRONGO......The system he played in last year for Cleveland makes it far harder for him to collect stats then it does for our own Jay Ratliff as Rat is playing a ONE gap and Rogers was playing within a two gap responsibility. Thank YOU for making my case FOR ME!
