The alexander first down, if we stop him there, we get the ball back with about a min to go in great field position.

It must have been his 2nd longest run of the night.
Maybe our defense was in shock after the failed FG attempt.

yeah I mentioned it in another thread...that was terrible

same thing basically happened last yr in the Oakland loss...was a 20 yd run, but they easily gained a 1st down running from inside their 5 when everyone knew they were gonna run

Like the catch, the catch didn't beat us, it is what happended afterwards. Drew Pearson getting tackled by a thread and the White fumble which in today's nfl is not because of the tuck rule.

Yup, I agree. How in the world do you give up a 22-yard run when 99.9% of the viewer knew they were gonna run it.

couldn't believe it. Even if you don't get the safety, you're still in great field position for a FG.

They should just let Shaun run that 99 yards so they'd still havea minute left. :laugh2:
