Gentlemen, it's been since the days of the great Woodson, since we had a safety worthy of a jersey purchase (maybe R. William first couple of seasons?).

That'll be a miracle if he live up to the hype and becomes generational talent at the position. I'm looking forward to witnessing his assent if that's the case. I'm stoked just to see what this new defese can do.

I know Do2wns is not 6'5" but he reminds me a lot of Dylan Harper of the Spurs as far as personality, motivation, and overall character, despite two entirely different sports, we are talking quality here.

Agreed. Show up late if you like, but at this point in time I’d consider Canton to be about the minimum.

Oh I know he's NFL ready. But he's also a rookie and there might be some slip ups. I just hope there isn't an overreaction to it.

People are expecting instant Ed Reed or Troy Polamalu. Not saying Downs won't, or can't, be that right away. But if he isn't, fans are going to have zero mercy because of the hype going on.
