Mike Kafka's lack of arm strength "would be an issue" if he had to play extended time, according to ESPN's Dan Graziano.


Kafka has the backup job sewn up, but it wouldn't be a smooth transition if Michael Vick got hurt. The 2010 fourth-round pick out of Northwestern is more of a dink-and-dunker, lacking the ability to get the ball deep to DeSean Jackson or Jeremy Maclin. We wouldn't bother "handcuffing" Vick with Kafka.

He's a heck of a used car salesman..but it's usually with the weaker FO's that he talks into these lopsided trades.

LOL. Reid sure has sold a bill of goods or two at QB, hasn't he? I'd like to think NFL GM's are onto him now and bound to wise up, when it comes to overpaying for Andy's castoffs... but who knows?

For Andy Reid these backup QB's have been like penny stocks that shoot up and then never have any value again. He really should have to answer for those trades on Judgment Day!

Here in South Florida the QB position has been awful since Marino retired. The Fins have tried everything to find one and they have struck out on every attempt.

Comparing Reid to Jerry is like comparing a Kia to a Rolls Royce......Reid needs to concentrate more on how to read a game clock after 14 years..as well as coming up some more of his pop warner style gimmick plays

True, but I was only referencing those few back up QB trades where Reid fleeced the other teams. You know Jerruh had to respect those trades.

Im no fan of Reid or anything to do with the Eagles.
