We have an abundance of talent on both sides of the ball. We have experienced coaches. Yet we continue to underperform, especially when it's on the line.

We are a team with a classic 'fear of success' complex.

Dear Mr. Jerry Jones: Please swallow your ego for the good of the team, open your wallet one last time and hire Tony Robbins as a success coach. Not only for the players, but for the coaches and the entire organization.

Please!

I figured I'd get some snarky, silly comments. I didn't think it would come from a mod though.

“In my first year as professional Head Coach I’ve gone from leading an average team to an incredible and outstanding season, and winning the European Champions League! Using the strategies I’ve learned through coaching, I’ve changed doubt and fear for certainty and passion. I also re-negotiated a 50% increase in my contract!”
—Xesco Espar,
Head Coach, FC Barcelona Handball Team, 2005 European Champions League Winner, Spain

“Tony’s incredible understanding of the world, people, and human nature makes him the ultimate life coach. He knows what it takes to make people excel…
and to win!”

—André Agassi,
8-Time Grand Slam Tennis Champion

“Tony Robbins gives you the kick start to get going as well as the strategy to follow through with your plans. This program is a must for anyone who wants to get more out of life.”
—Lisa Curry-Kenny,
Three-time Olympian and mother of three

I'm not sure Dr. Phil can help this team.

Dr. couldn't help an insomniac stay awake with his inane insights.

Our coaches may be experienced, but when you lose to a rookie head coach, it proves that exprerience and capability are two independet things. Our coaches prove their incapability week in and week out.

How many times does Jason Garrett have to call the same failing back-to-back plays in game-after-game, and still not learn to stop doing that, for everyone to realize he's incapable? How many times does he have to abandon the run for an inferior passing game week-in-and-week-out, and not learn to stop doing that, for everyone to realize he's incapable?

How mant times does Wade Phillips defense need to have critical breaksowns, especially at the end of halves and games, week-in-and-week-out, and not learn to right that wrong, for everyone to realize he's incapable? How mant times does his defense need tro render turnovers inconsequential, useless, and INTs non-existent, game-after-game, and not learn to right that wrong, for everyone to realize he's incapable?

INCAPABLE = LOSING to a rookie head coach

Exactly right. We've gone through two totally different coaching styles. We just aren't that talented. You can say it's dumb mistakes or the ball bouncing one way or another, but if it happens on a regular basis, eventually you just have to accept that we aren't very good.

We have middle of the road talent on both sides of the ball and that's why the team is 2-2.

Amen...this team gets more publicity than any other and people buy into the hype. Other than Ware, Ratliff, Davis, Felix maybe Barber most other players are JAG. Romo may be a little > average, but the greatest sales job is convinving most in the league that this team is "loaded" with talent.

Coaching is even worse

so if we go 10-6 will you say we have above average talent...even though it the same team? or will you hold fast and still say we are middle of the road? just curious

Is 10-6 elite? Not to me. That sounds very much like a middle of the road team to me. A team that's somewhere between 12-16.

Had you suggested 12-4 or 11-5, then I could see calling them above average.

We need a new GM, new OC, new HC otherwise we're not likely to go very far anymore. I hope I'm wrong about that but I'm starting to think there is simply no denying those facts.
