It's not "negativity" if you wake up tomorrow morning, running nose, eye's all puffy, and you're coughing your head off, and you go to the medicine cabinet looking for Advil and some Alka Seltzer Plus Cold medicine! That's called "fixing the problem" and "looking to cure the virus".

Burying your head in the sand and refusing to see or hear ANYTHING being wrong with your beloved Cowboys is naive, simplistic, and dangerous. Or even thinking that "we're really pretty close", close isn't good enough. "Close" is for the Saints and the Seahawks of the world. You've got "Talk to the hand" disease.................You're whistling through the graveyard at midnight. We're not a "tweak" away, or an "adjustment or two" from winning a SB.

We're a HEAD COACH, A GM, AN OWNER, AND A COACHING STAFF away from a SB!! Maybe even a player or six away from a SB TOO! THAT'S not a "tweak". That's a lot.......................

Really wasn't trying to single you out or even necessarily accuse you. Yours was just the most recent post that dealt with the general issue of "optimist vs realist" if you will.

I dont know if you have been keeping up on current events, but Parcells won JACK in his 4 yrs here.

2 times we got a wildcard and were one and done.
2 tims we did not even make the playoffs.

What the hell was put together that is being torn down now???

I see JACK that Parcells put together, but thats just me.

Edit: If your argument is that Tuna upgraded the talent level, I will give you that. However, almost all the good players acquired during the Parcells era are signed to long term contracts, so how can that be torn down???.............We won JACK with Tuna, no way to sugar coat it.

Only an idiot would think the Tuna did nothing here. He took a perienniel 5-11 team and turned them into a playoff contender.

Now Jerry is back to controlling the coaching staff, ruining any chance for team chemistry or unity and any chance we have to advance in the postseason.
