Neither one actually. The Bushes are New Englanders, but moved to Texas when George W. was 2 years old.

Did he really say he was a Cowboy fan? So was Bill Clinton. I know Bush Sr. was a Cowboy fan also so that makes 5 straight presidential terms filled by fans of America's Team.
