and it really is. Everytime I log on to CZ I see a blog going hatefully at T.O/or people who support him. I keep hearing oh we'll be better team without him oh he's a cancer and quite frankley its gettin old. T.O IS NOT THE PROBLEM idk how clearer I can type that, so its his fault interceptionS are thrown on a everygame bases by right now an overrated qb whos into his girlfreind more then he is with football. And yes I just really did call Romo overrated, he got paid the bucks and he has done abso. nothing but give us a hot start in the beggining of the season and an ice cold ending, but then again thats T.O 's fault what was I thinkin even typin that? is it his fault we got rats and snitches in our locker who cant keep there mouth's shut. Witten is and outstanding player but he is turning into a diva, Crayton haha gimme a break, Roy Tex Williams well I'm goin to give him another year cause i really did'nt see that much from him, FJ,TC,MBIII outstandin football players i thank them. So my point of writing this thing was to kinda let people know to look at the whole team before you start pointing at T.O for problems.

If Owens played to the level that his mouth says he can then I'd agree with you. But in point of fact he DOES NOT!!!

Owens drops far too many passes and has done so ever since coming here. And this year he seemed to drop them at the most critical times. He also quit on routes many times this year several times he was directly responsible for INTs because he simply quit on his route. I don't care how much talent he has; if he does not use it to it's full potential (and he doesn't) then it is wasted and he is a waste of a roster space.

So yes...I am firmly in the corner of the "Cut The Bum Now" crowd.

Well, to be fair to T.O., he's a great player. He drops his share of passes and runs his share of sloppy routes, but he also has made a ton of plays for the Cowboys. So, in that case, yes, he does walk the walk for the most part.

The problem with him is that he just won't shut the hell up! It's all got to be about him.

"I love me some me" says alot more then you think.

MJ love him some him also........same with Bird and the rest of the great ones....there is a video on youtube of Kobe giving an elbow to Sasha because he shot the ball and not Kobe....all the great ones feel they should have the ball when it is crunch time is all i am saying....when it is game 7 in baseball the great pitchers will pitch on 3 days of rest or not want to come out of the game when the manager comes to pull him.....like i said before in a earlier post if Romo had just half of the ego of TO we would be in the superbowl this year....Elway was a *** to deal with and the samething was said of Montana, and let's not forget TO never talked to the media this time and Garrett was the one who called for the meeting....It was all done behind close doors and some *** either told werder or werder just made it up......after he made it up cowboys begin telling on themselves just to prove to him and the media that some of it was true just not the way it was being reported....but TO never started that on at all....you will fight with one another behind close doors it should never get out in the media

That's all you needed to say, BUT you have gone on record saying T.O. needs to be cut. Because as long as he keeps talking, we'll keep losing.

Which (in my opinion, unfairly) seems to place the brunt of the blame of the failed season on his head.

I've already gotten tired of all the excuses flying around here, seems no one is willing to contemplate the idea that this team may simply not be that good and there's no magic bullet.

If what we want is a team, a real team, we as fans can probably start by not singling out one or two guys to blame for an entire season down the tubes.

In addition to my saying I think he should be cut I also said I would be open to him staying if he simply shuts up. On top of that I described him as a fantastic player.

His football is not the issue with him, it is his mouth, and if any other player on the team ran his mouth the same way and caused as much of a distraction I would want them gone too.

Is TO the ONLY player I have said I want gone? Oh hell no. So, why hang me with the perception that I think he is the ONLY problem or the main problem? That's completely dishonest as a tactic.

Show me where I want Brad Johnson back. Show me where I think we should re-sign Tank Johnson. Show me where I was pissed that we cut Pacman. Don't even look because you won't find those things.

The only problem is that I dare to say the Cowboys should consider cutting him. Damn me for my opinions.

Now most of what he says isn't that controversial, it’s often just a case of the media taking what he’s said, and fitting it to their own story.


The thing is whilst he’s at the Cowboys, that’s not going to change, unless he stops talking to the media. However, if he does that they will just put two and two together and come up with the fact that TO is splitting the locker room and that’s why he won’t speak.

That’s the only reason I can see that the Cowboys might be better off without him.

Last season there was no blaming of TO. Why? Because we were winning and he was producing. Now that fortunes have turned, everyone is looking for a person to blame, someone to put up there and knock down to make you feel better.

So stop blaming TO. Why can't you people realize you're only blaming the man because you think that if TO was gone, everything would be fine and dandy and the Cowboys would be in the Superbowl now.
