Thanks T.O. for all of the playoff victories!
You can thank the whole roster for that for 12 years running.

Thanks TO. You made Sundays exciting for Cowboys fans. God bless.

The offensive output during the 2007 regular season was one of the most entertaining I ever watched. Good luck T.O.!

On behalf of Cowboy fans everywhere, thank you Terrell.

Your erroneously assume to speak on my behalf. I was against his signing, couldn't stand his presence, and rejoice at his release.

Thanks but no thanks. You were/are a cancer to any team you are on and in the end, contribute more negatives than positives. No team you are on will ever acheive anything of worth, so long as you have the attitude of you first, and no team involvement necessary.

I never wanted you on this team. You desecrated our Star, now get the he77 out of here.

I will continue to wear my t.o jersey as well. I will miss the popcorn showers and the long bombs down the field and the td celebrations. I think he got more of a bad rap than he deserved but its t.o cowboys knew what they were getting into when they got him.

he was WAY better than I thought he would be, and i do feel like he made a good effort to make this work. and he did play very well here.

that being said, i won't miss him.

btw, i can now go back to hating him for the star incident.
stay the heck off it, jerk!

Thanx for all the catches, double-digit TDs every season, and some memorable celebrations! An extra special thanks for getting me to STOP watching ESPN because of their Owens/Cowboys bashing week after week! What will they have now as their leading story every single day?

He grew up a lot here, whether or not people realize that yet - he felt like he belonged in Dallas. I don't blame him for feeling slightly betrayed, especially considering Roy Williams showed absolutely nothing to suggest that he is the future.

don't know what to thank him for, so I'll just say goodluck

38 TDs. The best season we've had here in 10 years, and an excitement about our organization that we haven't seen here in a long time.

Out of all the guysJerry has slung out huge deals for Rivera, Henry, Fergy, Roy Williams, Hamlin, etc. Owens has out-produced them ten-fold.

Production, its far more important than perception.

I know there have been alot of mixed feelings amongst the Cowboys community surrounding the release of T.O., but I thought I would start the official thread to thank him with all sincerity for his time here in Dallas.

Let's not forget he led the league in regular season TD receptions in 2006. I will never forget that 4 TD game he had against our most hated rival: the Washington Commanders. That entire 2007 season was magical, and T.O.'s spectacular play was a big part of it. Despite the disappointing 2008 season, T.O. still had 10 TD catches!

On behalf of Cowboy fans everywhere, thank you Terrell. I will continue to wear your #81 jersey with pride to every home game at the new stadium next year! I also wish you the best of luck with the remainder of your Hall of Fame career (at least when you're not playing the Cowboys). We love you, T.O.! You da man!

:starspin

Nice thread. I appreciate all that he brought on the field. He's not perfect but he balled out on the field for this team. I wish him nothing but the best in his future endeavors and thank him for allowing us to get plenty of popcorn ready on gameday.

Thanks for coming to play and wanting to win every Sunday! Although I was against you signing on here in the beginning, I personally didn't see what "controversies" you caused in your tenure with this team. I wish you nothing but success in finding somewhere to continue your craft.

Good Luck Terrell Owens!
Thanks.

Thanks T.O. We better get one hell of a running game. Witten will be getting even more attention from defenses than last year.

That might be a good thing...because if a defense follows Witten, Felix will run to the open area and move the chains...

It's all about scheme! Not just Witten, TO, Romo, etc!

Let it play out. At least this way without TO teams will not know what is coming...with TO, teams knew what to expect!

This is more akin to Jason Garrett's lack of creativity than it is to having any certain player on the team.

I agree...but let's see what the offensive scheme comes into play this coming year. I do know that I do not like Wade as a HC, and I will give Garrett this year to see if he is as smart as some think he is!
