So we've been through this before, I don't think anyone is surprised. Clearly changes will be made, so people don't flip out (like that's an option), but what would you actually like to see done to fix this team?

I know we've got three games left, so anything is possible, but there is quite clearly a problem here.

Well I definitely didn't believe that, but as I said in the game chat. This has nothing to do with December.

We have played like this all year, we just happen to be playing good teams now.

It is far easier to let Wade escape his contract, sans firing than to seem like you're overreacting and firing your head coach because of one bad loss.

I don't know how or where to get it, but this team just needs the fire.

I hate to say it, because I dont think jerry is a bad owner, but I think it starts at the top. This team will never be more than a mediocre underachiever as long as we dont have a real GM.

So, if you were to ask me what this team needs, I would say a real GM.

Well we just saw Wade lost the team after the Giants lost after that game I said the team was going 1-4 or 0-5 and that will not change.

As soon as Wade said we will be alright going into the half against the Giants the season was over. Nothing can be done until the aww shucks we will be alright mentality is gone.

We need a strong head coach and more players purged; we need more guys like Keith Brooking.

It's not the month that's beating us, it's better teams.

Face it guys, this team just isn't that good. Mediocre team vs. a brutal December schedule and this is what you get. If you can't get a td after 3 tries from the 1 yard line you don't deserve to win.

Terrence Newman or Bradie James traded. We need to shake things up and prove no one is invincible.

Look for safety, MLB with range, or OL in draft.
