This years Cowboys HC will be there for one year (barring winning the SB) and BP will be coaching the gints next year (barring the gints go to the SB)

I think what BP is good at now is completely rebuilding a team, but what he doesn't have going for him anymore is getting his players to perform by means of intimidation. So I can see him taking a GM role after a year or two off.

I don't think he'll coach again either.

I do not think anybody will hire BP, not now, with the trend of hiring young head coaches. With that said, I still wanted Bill back for 1 more year.
