Agreed. Maybe a team is desperate enough to trade a 2nd 3rd and next years 2nd or 3rd to move up for Mariota. I imagine the teams looking to jump up would give the Cowboys several choices to pick from.

There are two QB's in this draft class that are expected to be high first round picks. Winston and Mariotta. I think Winston will probably go in the top 5. But Mariotta is more of a crap shoot. Let's suppose that Mariotta fell to our pick at 27. How would you feel about us selecting him at 27?

I'd trade down. One of those teams with the first few picks in the 2nd round would look to move up to get him.
