It amazes me how many posters on this board jump to conclusions and act as if the season has already fully been played and we are already waiting on the draft. It is less than halfway through the season and many think we have no chance in the playoffs and are essentially playing in the special olympics which is the NFC East.
The truth of the matter is that there is a lot of football left to be played. The end result is that the Cowboys could win the Super Bowl, or finish with a 4 and 12 record and get a high draft pick. The good news is that right now we look closer to doing the former than the latter.
The amazing part of the assumptions people make do not take into account injuries to this team AND TO OTHER TEAMS. If The QB's for Seattle, Green Bay, San Fran, The Broncos, etc. were lost for the year, is would greatly affect that team's playoff chances. Likewise, if Seattle were to lose a corner or two, then all of a sudden they become a lot more vulnerable. It is way too early to know how this will shake out..... but I think we have the abilty to beat any team in the NFL and not need a miracle to do it. With the way that this defense is starting to play ... it also improves our chances .... so let's give the constant negativity a rest, shall we?
