this show started tongiht. adam levine, blake shelton, and pharrell williams are back. christina aguilera is back after having had a baby. here's some who stood out to me:

I thought that Sawyer Fredericks was the best audition so far.
He is a long-haired teen from upstate New York, closed out the episode with a soulful rendition of “I’m a Man of Constant Sorrow.” Every chair turned for the 15-year-old, who chose Pharrell as his coach.

i thought he was really good. i was surprised, however, that he picked pharrell to be his coach.

I really liked that battle, both did an excellent job. Ashley was winning that until Mia uncorked that little dog whistle run near the end and evened that battle up. Personally, I prefer Ashley but glad that Mia is still around.


My fav battle was Hannah vs. Sarah
Thought it was gonna be a landslide for Sarah, but Hannah really brought it. Both were impressive.

This girl was absolutely gorgeous. That was the main thing I thought when I saw her.

I don't like Mia... She has a nasaly sound to me.. Her sound just rubs me the wrong way.

i apologize for bringing this thread back from the dead, but i watched tonight's show and was impressed by a couple of people. here are their performances:
