1. Cowboys does well in 1st half so the talent is there. It is the 2nd half that things unglued. Coaching staff cannot adapt quickly and proactively.
2. 12 man on the field penalty - do they not learn and adapt?
3. 1.5 minutes left but they choose to pass instead of run and take up time. Did they not learn? Horrible clock management. Announcers and fans were all thinking WHAT???
4. Before the half, did not even bother to use the timeout to throw a long pass. ***?
5. The playoff game basically repeated itself and they did not learn from history...

general manager trio is picking players well.
but they need to fire the coaching staff and bring in necessary FAs.

if the coaching staff cannot manage that at the same time as everything else, they may as well tank this year and start over with new coaches.
