Sorry, I'm not buying it. It looks like a hoax. That doesn't even look like a real station and there is no way any station would allow a broadcast like that to continue without cutting to a commercial break or something. I just don't believe a station is that incompetent. I live in Phoenix, and I have seen some dumb blondes get reporting gigs and it shows because they can't speak English but even with our bad broadcasts, they will cut to commerical breaks when the anchors start fumbling.

Either way we get it on our cable where I live...it is actually a PBS station.
I do not know if that show airs around here because about the only thing I watch on the channel is Antique Roadshow and an occasional documentary.
However that is the right call letters, same as our is on channel 9 from our cable.
Now whether that show was setup to look that bad or not I can not say, but it did appear to be a college news show as the girls are really young.

It could have been an audition tape or something like that, because the guy is so unfamiliar with how to work with a blue screen. It's hard to believe that this isn't his first time in front of it.
