Before the season, this game in Seattle looked like a very tall task. Recent injuries suggest the same.

However, there's certainly an opening here.

Seattle has one pass rusher, and they just lost him. Bruce Irvin is done. Taco Charlton not only starts for the Seahawks, he's probably their best rusher.

In other words, no pass rush at all.

Seattle has two defenders - Wagner and Adams - and a bunch of nobodies with them. This is a bad defense much like our own.

Yes, Russell Wilson has thrown 9 touchdown passes in eight quarters, and the Seahawks offense will be hard to stop.

But....the Cowboys should score at will, too. Seattle offers very little defensive resistance.

We could see 80+ points this weekend. Dak and Wilson could throw for 500 yards each. A thousand yards of offense.

That seems the only way to take this one.

now watch it turn into a defensive battle. lol Seems every time a game is billed as one thing it turns out to be different. You very well could be right but I do think it is still early in the season and teams are figuring out what and who they are. I saw no way Raiders would take down New Orleans but they did and did so in pretty impressive fashion.

The only clear way to win this game is to do everything possible to keep Wilson in the pocket. He will convert every 3rd down against us if he breaks containment.

This is one of those games that if Dak goes and performs that you can maybe start to validate his contract.

We have to start winning games like this and not continue to take L's against playoff caliber teams.

Our defense gets torched and people will start talking about DAK against wining teams

100%......Wilson can't do much damage standing on the sideline. Don't like our chances of winning a shootout.

If Dak is a 40 million dollar QB they should be worried about the damage he can do because of the weapons we have and the defense they have.

The best thing they have going for them is they are sharp to start the season and we are a scattered mess.

play with No TOS and limit penalty's and KM to keep his foot on the gas and keep SEA guessing.. thats the way

outside of RW they dont have many better players then ours..and without the 12th man, this will be a good game..something closer to game 1 against the rams..

whats the weather report, funny people see this as offensive shootout but might turn out like last years NE game if the weathers ugly..

BTW dont underestimate Taco, he doesn't play fired up most games but when he does he can play some..

And that is why they play the games.

Sure Team X is unlikely to beat Team Y ...... But any given Sunday.
