There was no way I saw this team losing to the 4-4 Packers

Especially after beating the Eagles in Philly last week and knowing they were in position today to extend the lead in the NFC East. I woke up this morning feeling 100% confident we would be 7-2 at the end of the day but once again this team takes a step back instead of showing they are moving in the right direction.

The Eagles losing today was the only thing that stopped me from tossing my TV out the window.

don't get too high from the highs, or too low from the lows.

I'm not shocked at all. I said a couple times this week that this game scared me far more than the Philly game cause this was a Packer team that was desperate and had to win.

I'm guilty of getting TOO HIGH after last sunday and was on that high until about Thursday. I now know to stay right in the middle with this team.

That's the formula for me, too.

I have quit having expectations about this team and simply accept whatever happens. I thought Green Bay played hard today and deserved the win.

For whatever reasons, the Cowboys did not play well enough to win.

Next!

last year I wouldnt of been able to take this loss...My computer probably would be broken right now LOL.

But anyways I agree..I was almost 100% positive we would beat the Packers. I'm really at a loss of words for this team.

Two of these losses are pretty close to "schedule" losses.

I don't mean to make excuses either, but I don't think fans are nearly as considerate as they need to be of how things like this work. Against the Broncos, Dallas had to go to Denver on a short week. That's tough...

Against the Packers, they had to go on the road to Lambeau after beating the Eagles in the Philly. That's tough too.

I think what actually makes it worse is that the team could have (maybe even should have) won both of those games.

Like someone else said, you can't afford to get too high or too low. Just keep playing and put as many Ws in the column as you can.

So you missed the term "any given Sunday" or "these are why the games are played"

Sorry bud, emotion, prepping, knowing what is at stake, REFS, fans, cheerleaders, thats why i love this sport, all these things come into play as well.

This is a game fought and played on 3 sides of a team and other factors come into play.

When Folk missed that field goal that "o' crap" feeling crept into my mind.
