Eight? I think maybe 2.

You could be right, I was listening to Cowboys Break earlier and they went over the roster "locks" and it left about 8 spots semi-questionable. It made sense when they were going over it.

Is Lance Dunbar going to get some carries tonight?
Is it strange to anyone else that Dunbar is one of our running backs yet he never gets to run the ball.

Who is playing QB to start, did Weeden get cleared? I hate it for the bubble WR that can't show anything cause our QBs are so putrid and can't throw a decent pass.

They won't play Weeden regardless if he's cleared. I assume they would start Vaughn he appears to be on the bubble we'll just have to see. They could possibly start Showers tonight and give him more of a look.

If Dunbar is part of the Cowboys plan this season then he's unlikely to play. This game is about those who are on the bubble. Although Gregory needs experience the Cowboys may not play him in this game fearing an injury because they'll be counting on him with Hardy suspended the first four games.

Risen Star scheduled a fantasy draft for the same time as the game so I will be doing both.

If you can afford to buy season tickets, your problems make my problems look like a hillbilly in a ski mask!!!

You could always un-retire start taking roids and go Pro.

They don't want Weeden out there because we all know he is terrible and will stink the place up again....get a Backup QB in here Jerruh.

The preseason is a hot mess of throw up. I realize that's been washed over more than a pair of stone-washed jeans in Saved by the Bell. But tonight's game....ugh, I'm not sure there are words to describe what a colossal waste of time tonight is.

Jerry had better show up at the stadium in a ski mask and black jump suit because this hillbilly is robbing people blind on national television. He's Jeffrey Skilling without the ankle bracelet.

In effect, Dallas' laundry is playing Houston's laundry. This will be a battle of future American Gladiator applicants colliding in front of 15,000 people that bought tickets for $10 from people that paid full regular season price.

And, yes, I'm one of those people forced to pay full price for these monopoly-money tickets. Does my bitterness show?

If the situation which you describe bothers you to the extent you say, perhaps you should discontinue paying good money for that which upsets you so much. Instead of bellyaching to members of this website, that course of action might be a far more productive way to demonstrate exactly how you feel to the greedy people you're being fleeced by.

So you don't want Weeden playing?

I think they all 3 suck pretty bad, however Weeden sucks a little less so, yea I would like for him to play. This game is just preseason and don't mean anything but for all us Cowboy fans in Houston, it is much better to win this game than to lose it.. its unbelievable how much trash Texans fans will talk over this game. With Dustin or Showers playing, we will get crushed. Likely same result with Weeden though, so its all good.

Like everyone else I'm ready for the regular season. Tonight's game for some of these guys will be the last time they play the game of football something most of them have done since they were little kids and now trying to make a dream come true. Best message I could give these guys go out and have fun tonight.

It's obvious the Cowboys don't think much of Showers as a QB or they wouldn't have him running down the field cracking heads on special teams. Although Vaughn hasn't look good in preseason the Cowboys may end up having to keep him unless they want to risk going into the season with 2 QBs. Weeden is just coming off a concussion so it will be interesting to see what they do.

Actually, two dumb Texans fans (I'm assuming) bought my upstairs tickets. I can only sell them for face value on the exchange.

The club seats...no chance I can sell those. I donated them to Jerry's foundation.

I had to sell my club seats for 1/5 the value. I probably would have been better donating them to charity also.
What a freaking rip off. Can't blame fans for not wanting to pay full price either for PS games. Or at least the more expensive seats.
I have 3 games left to sell, regular season now. I can't complain, as some of those been selling for almost double the face value on some, others 60% over.

Falcons, Jets, Commanders games left. I will go if I am in the area, but otherwise, they stay listed.
Also, they all sold to local addresses in the DFW area, except the Vikings went to Ontario.

Better off to donate and take the tax write off. That way, somebody gets to go that wouldn't otherwise, and you get about the same return.

I expect to see Vaughn and Showers get their chance. I think whoever does well tonight has a chance on sticking however it could be both will be released after tonight.

They'll both get their chance but I think if the Cowboys keep one of them it will be Vaughn unless Showers clearly out plays him. If they both stink the Cowboys could look outside the organization or just go with 2 QBs.
