That's a very average 9-7 team at best. I hope we still don't have that contingent in here that sees a deep playoff run. This team has multifaceted problems. I'll name a few.

• The head coach has no intestinal fortitude.
  
• Wade's personality takes center stage on the field in crunch time. Not good...
  
• The offensive coordinator is just not calling a good game. When an OC is calling a good game plays tend to flow well together very smoothly. That's not happening.
  
• Our quarterback is a tease and a heartbreaker.
  
• We're very average in the WR department.
  
• Our offensive line is big but they often find themselves losing their centers of balance often resulting in ridiculous tripping penalties...
  
• The owner isn't capable of getting a true head coach in here while also stepping back and letting that head coach do things his way.
  
• Spencer sucks.
  
• Barbie is taking up space that could be utilized for someone that might actually make a difference on the field. Such a waste... See bullet #1.
  
• Our defense is much improved but manages to breakdown at critical times. See bullet #2.

This is a very average team with below average management. Very upsetting...

It starts at the top man...I agree. I can't blame Romo. For god sake, Romo is 10x better than Orton. It's just Orton was put into a situation to win and not to lose. Romo wasn't and never is. This team is not mentally tough. Period.

Much as I'm a huge Romo fan, his inconsistent play makes me crazy. I don't know if our receivers cant get open due to bad coaching, no speed or a very inconsistent Romo. Heck some of Romo's throws just about got our receivers killed. I fully recognize now, that we just don't have the talent at Wide Out to beat good corners consistently. ARGH, we are indeed what I thought we were. Which is a pretty good team, but probably a best the third team in our Division. That won't get it done. My only hope is at some point we hire a young innovative coach who truely seems excited to be here. Did I say ARGH already.:bang2:

In the long run, those things usually even out. Right now, we've been in two close games, and the inches have gone against us both times.

Next time, or the next two times, they might go our way so we're all evened out. Or maybe they won't, and we'll have to start winning more games by double digits.
