The popular believe is Average QB, Average WRs, Average RB except for Zeke, Average defense, Average coaching, below average GM and FO. So after 4 butt whippings and injuries and we are what we thought we were, AVERAGE. If we want to change this we need to start at the top and work down to improve the Cowboys and have a chance to make the Super Bowl at less one more time.

we dont know what we have. I cant sit here and always blame the players, the coaches choose to not use every weapon at their disposal and the FO is content with mediocrity. you know have fans defending that mediocrity. The change has got to come from the top and since those boys see teh Cowboys as a playground that makes money they see no reason to rock the boat. until they can back away and put in men who will make the necessary changes, we will just see the same old effect because its rooted in the system. It has literally grown like bamboo and if you dont get rid of all it, it will come back.

Bad contracts, not well used scouting and drafting, poor use of talent. its all little things that keep snowballing out of control. heck if you want to be successful, you have to leave the cowboys.
