This Eagles win was a blessing in disguise

no way did I want the eagles coming into Dallas on a 3 game losing streak with everyone in the media saying they have no shot against the Cowboys. Now that they were able to beat a undefeated Vikings team, they will be feeling a lot better about themselves and not as dangerous as they would have been if they came in 0-3 in the last 3 games. You just know if the eagles had lost another game and was coming to play the Cowboys on National TV that game would have had a loss written all over it. lol

I know how the NFL works and them beating the vikings was a good thing because the losing streak is over.


I either wanted us to be coming off a loss to GB or the eagles to be coming off a win over minny which is now the case. I feel better about this game than I did 4 hours ago.

I don't think the Eagles did anything today that was different than what they have done previously. They won matchups, got some turnovers.

The eagles would have been extra aggressive after losing 3 straight games and add to the fact that the game would have been against the Division leading Cowboys. I think it would have been a repeat of the 2014 Turkey day game

Nailed it. Our offense will match up better, making it a closer game than we saw today.MIN made too many mistakes with TOs.

I think it also helped that it was a flukey type of win instead of wentz throwing for 400 yds and 3 TD pass because this win will make the eagles think they are better than what they really are.

I completely agree with this. Bradford hit a wall today because of his O-line. I expect our O-line to be ready for everything the Eagles throw at them. I think the Vikings offense got exposed moreso than Philly's defense playing lights out. Looking forward to the Eagles off of a bye.
