Romo is not a leader. I know first hand because I have been on the sidelines and in the locker room many of times with him.

Remember a few years back ('08 I think) when people where questioning his toughness for not playing with a BROKEN BONE IN HIS TROWING HAND?! Favre had to even throw in his "advice" that Tony should play if he could. The level of stupidity killed me. People where saying "Oh he hurt his pinky!" showing such ignorance it was ridiculous. I'm glad, at the very least, he seems to have changed the perception about his toughness. The leadership questions seem to be fading as well.

I think if I played with Ray Lewis, the first time he gave a rah rah speech, I would be all fired up and ready to run through a wall.

But week after week and game after game, that rah rah stuff has got to get old.

It lasts for about 3 plays.

I would follow a leader that gave it all on the field.

Funny, it seemed to work for Ray's entire career.

I have seen Dandy Don Stuabach Aikman and Tony is as tough all he needs is to throw the ball away at crucial times and take what he is given .A bit of help from his offensive line and it has been very offensive the last few years............
