if 2 months ago people were asked about T.O. coming to dallas, 90% of us were against it and labeled him a cancer. Now look at us, we're all hoping and praying we sign the guy. Simply because our front office has been so cheap in FA and signed virtually nobody yet let some solid players like glover, campbell, and keyshawn hit the door. this might be worse than the FA a couple years ago where we got vinny and eddie.

Not me. I've always wanted him on Dallas.

But, if he signs here. Teague should get another shot at his head. LOL

Proud to say I'm still against it, like I always have been. I'm hoping that we trade for Moulds and draft Stovall in the second round.

I still don't want him. Nothing will change that.

I don't want him in Dallas. That said, if he is coming I just wish we could get it over with. All this waiting it is like pulling off a band-aid, yanking out one hair at a time. Either sign him or move on. Enough of the rumors.

He should be blackballed from the league.

I also don't get why you'd want him on your team due to the media circus he'll bring. Not only does he have the potential to destroy your teams chemistry, but all the focus will be on him. It's going to wear some people out. Instead of answering questions about the team, other players are going to be answering questions about him.

I don't want that cancer to ruin our team...and if he causes his normal strife he will definitely put Tuna in retirement as he'd be over the experience....and I don't want that....could be a SB or bust year and that as we know is unlikely so this year so why have to take a step backwards next season and maybe lose Tuna??? don't make sense for the future well-being of the team as a whole.

I also have wanted him to come to Dallas for the following reasons:

He is the best WR in football
Parcells has proven he can straighten the worst of headcases
Drew Bledsoe isnt McBaby..he is man enough to let a comment or 2 roll off

My thread has been moved to opinions zone because apparently what a Commander views is an opinion. But on the matter, he is a cancer, a cancerous tumor, and he will take your team apart. I would be saying the same thing if he were to be on the Skins.

It's like Doomsday101 said eariler today. He didn't like Duane Thomas. He's always liked the team. I can like the team while still disliking TO. I was never that big on Keyshawn, but I dealt with him being here. If TO comes, and it is still an if at this point, I'll deal with it. I'm never going to like him. It won't matter how good he is.

I am disappointed in letting Glover, Campbell and Key go without much of a fight. I thought that all of them were good, solid veterans that contributed positively to our team. Now, that being said, I have seen no effort by the managament to replace any of these guys. We have money to spend, and I don't want to see us spend money like a drunk sailor but I would at least like to see some kind of gameplan on what they are thinking or what direction we are headed.

I am completely dumfounded as to our actions so far this FA period so far.

All year everyone complained about how are kicking problems were killing us in close games - no one can argue that - now we could have someone like Vinatieri - one of the best clutch kickers in NFL history - and have done nothing. If he goes to GB on Friday for a visit he will sign.

There are some solid FA's out there but people are getting signed quickly and we need to make a move: Ashworth, AV, Hope, Runyan, etc.... could all help us get better.

I am not a big TO fan but he probably would help our team. If he doesn't come here I will not be heartbroken. But we will need someone to replace Key.

Can anyone make any sense of our FA period this far? I am pretty bummed out as far as some of the opportunities that are out there that it doesn't look like we will be taking advantage of.

Goinf into this FA period all I heard was how bad the Commanders were Cap-Wise and to this point I have seen them make considerable improvements to their team on both sides of the ball. I wish we could make some improvements of our own.:(

I was against it. I am against it. I will ALWAYS be against it.

TO is a jackass and does NOT represent the Cowboys.

Imagine for a second TO playing for the late, great Tom Landry. If you can imagine that sort of complete selfishness being tolerated by a legend like Landry then maybe you can see TO in a Cowboys uniform.

But I can't, and I never will. This may be the straw that breaks the camel's back for me. I got past the way Jones treated Landry, but this may be it.
