Oh and if you're gonna try and post an espn article and cite it as fact then maybe you should do a little more research instead of accepting their BS as gospel

Do you think maybe the "benching" was him losing his starting spot for 5 games?
Here's Latinminds quote: "He was suspended for 5 games by Saban. They officially called it a benching for 5 games. But he wasnt even at the games"
He didn't say he was benched. He said he wasn't even at the games. That is not true.

He definitely got some of the details wrong. But the story appears to be true nonetheless.
It appears that you and Latin were both wrong and Speed is the only one that did enough research to verify the details.
You (BigD5) harshly called out Latin for not doing the research and then proceeded to fail to do enough research yourself.
Maybe next time you should consider just presenting what you believe to be true and showing any evidence you have without implying that another poster is an idiot.
What did I get wrong? Everything I posted is the truth in that situation. Not an article from an ESPN writer who has maybe been to Tuscaloosa once in his entire life.
And I never implied that anyone was an idiot. I just said that Latinmind had come to the wrong conclusion based on an article that was factually wrong. If he or anybody else took that as him being an idiot then so be it. All I was saying was don't take ESPN's BS for absolute fact.
The E in espn does stand for Entertainment after all. Facts be damned
