They show up to each game and appear to play drugged. There is no sense of urgency until the last 2 minutes. Special teams is awful. Our defense gives up too many big plays. Henry has definitely become a problem. You don't know what kind of game Romo will have from week to week, but you can count on him making at least 2-3 stupid plays each game and fumbling the ball at least once. We have quite a few problems that need to be addressed soon.

They play hard, but since Wade has this non-chalant attitude towards mistakes, the players seem to bear no responsibility for the dumb penalties and lack of basic fundamental football skills needed to play the game. Sooner or later, they have to look at themselves and say "the mistakes are mine", instead of "them" being Wade's, because it's not working.
