Nah man you cannot blame Jerry for any of this.

Jerry did what every fan and insiders in the Organization wanted him to do, he gave up so much control and put his ego in check and got a REAL football man in Bill Parcells.

For the most part, Jerry Jones has issued blank checks out to Parcells and let the guy buy the Groceries.

Don't forget Rivera and Al Johnson. We have attempted to address the OL with high draft picks and high dollar free agents and none, not one has worked out. It's almost comical.

I, for one, am tired of the Parcell's head games. In four years, he has never really invested any effort in improving the offense. Has yet to spend a first round pick on an offensive player, even though there has been a glaring need at QB since he got here. He is a defensive coach and has no clue how to run an offense in the modern game.

The 3-4 is a failure, as I see it. We have less pressure and no run defense against quality runningbacks. Barber ran all over them last night. He takes his first round pick and changes him from an outside to inside backer so he can experiment with Ellis. Now he has two potentially great players out of position.

Parcell's preference for veteran players (from Jersey) is killing us. Rivera is used up. Has Fabini played a snap yet? Ferguson couldn't stop Jacobs from running up the middle if the Giants had wrapped him up in Twinkies.

And the way he handled Romo/Bledsoe is chicken dung. If you think Romo is the guy, start him. Don't put him in at half time during the most important game thus far. Give him the snaps during practive and give him a chance. I, for one, am not surprised to see Romo explode out there. He may have mobility, but he is an UDFA! No one else thought he could play in the NFL. What did you expect? Tom Brady? Bledsoe is not the answer, but neither is Romo.

Time for Bill to go. The game has passed him by. We need to get a coach that understands the modern game, and most of all, offense.
