Dak Prescott, 2 first round picks, 2 second round picks and a mid round pick for Russell Wilson ….

First, I think it's unlikely Wilson is going anywhere, but it's even more unlikely that if he were this would be the vehicle for it.
that would replace the Herschel deal as the biggest fleece in nfl history. Wilson is good... but no way in hell is he worth Dak plus all those picks.... and im not even a huge Dak fan.

LOL two first rounders, two 2nd rounders and Dak for Wilson. Plus we probably end up paying Wilson as much as what Dak would get. This article is beyond lame.

Please do not ever like me. I want to just keep it at 6,666 likes. Can I request the mods to always keep it that way? Please please please!!

Don't ruin it by liking me. Please don't.

Let me play this out:
Wilson's signing bonus gets write off for 39m against Seattle's cap
Dak's franchise tag is another 32m against Seattle's cap

That's a total of 71m. They take Wilson base salary off the books (18m) and currently have about 15m so in this "could actually happen" scenario, in order to do this deal, Seattle need to find about 38m in cap space......I'm gonna say this Jerry Trotta guy is what the Scottish call a numpty.

The problem with the trade is QB salary is just too high and your giving away all those draft picks that could balance that out.

Then this trade would turn into the Hawks bamboozling old Jerrah like he did the Vikings in the Walker trade. Pass! INSANE is the correct word here.

Mahomes
Wilson
Jackson
Rodgers
Brees

Dak Prescott is not a better QB than any of the above. It is simply delusional to believe that he is a top 5 QB.

Your last sentence is just embarrassing but then you are one of the biggest trolls on this forum.
Is Jackson a better quarterback then Dak? Jackson is the best athlete in football but his quarterback skills are lacking. Dak has come a long way passing the football. Our quarterback will be a real top 5 quarterback this year in my opinion.

Why would the seahawks get a "glut of draft picks"? Yes i know the article is bs but still. why would someone think that?

Why include Dak in the trade in this scenario? If he is refusing to sign the FT with Dallas why would he do so just to be traded to Seattle? Trade the picks(if Seattle is even willing to trade Wilson) and then leave it up to Seattle to come up with a contract for Dak as a FA. I don't see it happening and I don't think any player is worth that much in draft pick compensation.

Anyone can write anything these days. First, Seattle is not going to trade Russell Wilson. Second, Dallas would have to be the dumbest team in the history of the NFL to send Dak and multiple 1st and 2nd round picks for Wilson. Wilson is a really good QB, but Dak is pretty good too. They are not equal but Russell Wilson is not a boatload of picks better than Dak. Who writes this crap?

That seems like way too much to give up. Prescott isn't Wilson, but that is an insane amount of picks to include along with Prescott.
