Cowboys teaching the refs that you cant bad call this team from winning anymore.
It used to be 1 or 2 well timed penalties that would curtail any chance of a victory, but it seems this season with this roster, that the refs cant expose themselves any further without being obvious agenda.
Sometimes being really good overcomes all obstacles layed in place to trip you up.
This team will be tested post season vs the Packers/Rams/Cards... refs are taking a back seat this season, they cant throw enough flags to stop whats going to happen.

It's the sign of a good team who has each other's backs and plays through controversy. They are finding ways to win the tough games.

Many want to point out and favorite a single player that made the difference in win vs loss... Zeke, Coop, Gregory, only being the hero of the day and they were, but this team shares a locker room expression that can only be defined if your standing there and seeing the seriousness of the event and the feel of the atmosphere.
I cant define one single player that elevates this team to win games like the game we just saw vs the Vikings without Dak, but I can define and identify a complete team effort making key plays when they mattered the most.
I see a team effort stepping up, and when you start seeing for example players like A brown making two key pass break ups, thats the players that dont get the love but they are certainly earning the love.

MM has a great understanding of the coaches and players and how to delegate his presence, probably for the first time at this level in his career.
Chemistry is timing, and timing is chemistry,, its symbiotic,, and sometimes Jerry can make great choices.
I shook my head over all the MM disrespect and fat jokes, but fat man is showing that he can delegate when given the right team and talent.
Jerry may be old as a two day old stale biscuit, but he might have gotten the right staff and talent together since a bit of time, since Jimmy.

The element that I will add, I find invaluable...instead of excuses and misplaced egos, players are stepping up in most situations, and simply making professional levels of play! That is what a winner does. I'm hoping for a continuation of play by this group.

The element that I like on display, is an aggressive attitude...it took that to now.
