Hello everyone.

Here are my meaningful thoughts on the game.

1. The defense is getting too much credit. Green was awful. I was shocked at how inaccurate he was. We had very little pass rush. Highlights were the play of Bradie James and Henry. I thought Roy was ok. We played pretty well against the run. Overall, no better than a C+/B-. Spears? Canty? Wake up boys.

2. Those that thought the run blocking was poor need to watch film. Except for the screen, JJ was moving in mollasses and just didn't see the holes. The oline played a very good game against a strong and fired up D.

3. Romo was very good. Those that say he was ok because he was under 50% need to think about the circumstances. On the Road. Very tough D. Good secondary. Good scheme for the Dolphins. Romo made the most out of the situation and then some. This was more impressive than week 1.

4. That was the slowest, most exciting PR I have seen (Crayton). You guys need to lay off the guy for a week or two. I don't think we will see another one of those this year but it was a big play.

5. Henry looked quicker to me than last week. That 4th quarter Int he made was a great play.

6. That slant TO dropped was one that you wonder how he dropped it. A soft ball right over the middle. That one is tough to not catch.

7. MBIII has some thick hair. How does he care for it?

8. The 2nd and 3rd quarters were interesting. When we went up 10-3, I thought we were going to run away from them. Then they went up 13-10. Then the Crayton PR right? Thinking about it, that was probably the biggest play of the game.

I thought we actually got more pressure against the Giants. It's just that Eli was playing so darn well that he was getting the ball out just in time on 3 and 5 step drops. This week, Green had a lot of time in the pocket even on 7 step drops many times.

I agree. I saw a lot of plays where the defense down linemen were all in a 3 point stance instead of having the outside backers playing up. Anyone else notice this?

We didn't get great pressure but some. I think our pass rush affected Green on both Henry interceptions and Roy's interception to some degree. Green I think overreacts now to any pressure, but I think we are better than last year, although not as good as we need to be. Getting Newman and Ellis back will help.
