The Dallas Cowboys were unable to overcome the Ezekiel Elliott suspension, the Tyron Smith inactive status and Sean Lee’s in-game injury. Atlanta had their way with the Cowboys, so we try to sort out the winners and the losers.

Winners
Ezekiel Elliott and Tyron Smith - We just learned how important they are to the Cowboys offense.

Dak Prescott’s legs - Without his efforts running the ball, scoring a touchdown, and avoiding the rush, this would have been even worse.

Anthony Hitchens - He had a nice game, and without Sean Lee he had more responsibility and was still the only guy making consistent plays.

Time to get a 4th rounder and a case of Gatorade for Sean Lee before he gets hurt for the 16th time.

I agree with him but its kind of funny to read "Chaz Green lost the game by himself by giving up three sacks in three quarters. He was then replaced by Byron Bell, who gave up two sacks in five snaps".

I thought Irving had a good game, so did Woods and Lewis. The rest, they're as inconsistent as usual on D (OScan, Jones, Crawford)

Love Lee.....he's worthless. With every tackle.......I cringe. He's not a matter of if..... it's when. Every season minus one dude's been riding the pine. Crap odds.....

Jaylon Smith - He’s just not ready, who knows if he ever will be. The Cowboys are now stuck if Lee is injured for anything length of time

got to laugh wonder how many months ago I said this

You speak the truth, hind sight is twenty twenty, but the fact is it was to big of risk to draft Jaylon in the 2nd round. As many posters have lamented, just imagine if Dallas had not taken the recent risk in the second round that they have.

Maybe this game will signal the end of the Cowboy's playoff hopes for this year, they will have to find a way to beat Philly if they want to stay alive.

Team is 8-8 at best....13-3 was on talent alone last year. It was a smokescreen for JG coaching. Stevie Wonder told me so.
