Kind of like a tragic movie of an unsung hero. Romo carried the team for years and then gets hurt to open a new chapter of the franchise. It's like an opera of tragedy.

Kind of reminds me of how Darth Vader (spoiler alert) had to die in order for the Jedi to return. His death saved the Jedi and freed the galaxy of tyranny. So he was a villain in life but a hero in death.

On a side note I am really excited about that new Star Wars movie coming out in December.
Me too. "Romogue One"

I can't believe people actually believe Dak is better than Wilson. You're telling me a guy who has only played 9 games in his NFL career is better than a guy who has led to his team the playoffs every season of his career, has the second-highest QB rating in NFL history and also has a Super Bowl. Look, I love Dak and I think he's gonna be a fantastic quarterback in this league for years, but he's not better than Russell Wilson. He may be better than him in a couple years, but right now? No he's not.

I will patiently await my criticizers who think I'm hating on Dak...

I don't want Romo back on the field for the Cowboys, I've flipped the page on that chapter, he's this generation Danny White...

And with Romo at QB this year we'd have more than 1 loss...

It is not that difficult to understand that this franchise was Romo-reliant and has been for a long time.

lol. Tony Romo is not in the same category has Danny White...not even close. Danny was a hard as nails pocket passer who could read a defense and make a decision. Took an aging defense to three straight Conference Championship games and got run out of town for his excellence. Put White with this club and he wins a SB.

Romo does have bad luck as his injuries are weird, not run of the mill ACL's. But it's hard to feel sorry for him. He's married to a hot blonde, just built a mansion, and has his whole life ahead of him! ;)
Tony has had bad luck in certain areas, mainly in post season or like the 2 win or go home games.
Other than that he has been lucky.
Then yeah his injuries.
But he should have been smarter about taking hits, live to play another play.
Tony always acted like every play was last play of the game, and he had to make something happen.
Some other qb's wised up and learned to get it out quick or throw it away to avoid the hits.

I feel a little bad for him, but I dont feel sorry for him.
He may still get a chance to win a SB.

Last year's draft may go down as something special. Hard to score players like Jackson and Frazier right now along with the obvious Smith. Right now taking players out who haven't contributed it's hard to argue with any "lucky" selection. Zeke was getting drafted by the boys once they let Murray go. I don't think we can hypothetically explain or rationalize how or why the boys were picking at 4 other than injuries which are part of the game and can be put into a category of "unlucky". Last year was terribly unlucky this year starting with the draft luck as you will has been on the teams side. I'm on the train and have been enjoying every second of it since the fourth pick of the draft was announced. The foundation has been poured and it has cured quicker than what most of us would have expected given the outlook when Romo went down. My only concern with the future is will Dak be the one and done RGIII after his rookie year or is he Wilson. Personally I'm leaning towards Wilson but the thought crosses my mind frequently. You won't hear me complaining if the team and Romo find a way for him to stay. So I tip my cap and agree whole heartedly this year has been something special. So don't let a win go by before you take it all in. Go Cowboys!
All the way baby !!!! Super Bowl Win !!!!! Ring # 6

lol. The defense led him to the SB. Wilson is just average and clearly not in the same category as Prescott. Think Wilson was better than Manning in that SB because his club won??

Dak is what Wilson wants to be when he grows up. No comparison.
