ZONERS--we have all heard BP say in the past, he is not going to just throw a player to the Wolves.

What in the he77 did he do to Tony Romo LAST NIGHT? :bang2:

  • National TV Monday nite football audience
  • Down 12-7 to start the 3rd quarter
  • Offensive line struggling
  • Put in ROMO for his 1st meaningful playing time
Wouldn't it had been better for little Bill to finish the game with Bledsoe and if he fails to bring us back to victory then announce his benching today?

ROMO could have enjoyed one week to get ready for the Panthers with 1st unit practice reps?

What am I missing here ZONERS? Am I WRONG? :shoot4:

I've been so frustrated that I haven't been able to put it into words, but you just said it perfect.

Thank you, you get "it"

Having said that, the timing of the thing makes me think it was a Jerry decision. Along with that, keep in mind that Jerry was all over the media claiming the decision before it failed.

Bill has given himself a new excuse. Remember this phrase, you'll be hearing it alot this year. "when you have a young QB your going to lose games like that".

There, now BP has freed himself from blame.

A change needed to be made- especially the way the line was NOT blocking.
DB made another bone head mistake that there was no excuse for. And that was that.

You people are something else.

Complain cuz he won't put in the backup QB.

Complain when he does put in the backup QB.

Parcells took his share of the blame last night. He made no excuses, did you not see the post game PC?
This team as a whole played lousy, they made the mistakes. There is plenty of blame to go around here.

Romo was a desperation move last night to try and give the team some spark. It didn't work, but something had to be done. I'll bet Romo is NOT cursing Bill for putting him in last night. He's looking forward to being the starting QB in Charlotte.
