I'll say it again and again that we need to KEEP Wade & Company here for at least another year, but if we get the same results, it may indeed come down next year to addition by subtraction.....sometimes a change is needed to take that step forward.....which is what we did with the T.O. situation.

Did we have any subtraction by addition?
Add 1 WR subtract production and 2 draft picks
Also we "added" two wins by subtracting missed games from Romo, F Jones, SS injuries and many QB fumbles.

I think many have pointed out the flaw in your logic.
TO was a cancer in the locker room. Now he was addition by subtraction for the chemistry issue but to look at it more I would argue that it only worked out well because Austin produced. IF austin and the rest of the offense did not produce similar or better numbers than at the end of the day the addition by subtraction of TO would not have worked out except for a chemistry issue. But it did work so you can now say that addition by subtraction worked in getting rid of TO.
Now for Wade you would have to see who we brought in to replace him to see if addition by subtraction would actually work. If we brought in another coach and the defense went downhill or the team as a whole did not produce better or at the same levels...it would be no it was not an addition by subtraction. If it did then yes I guess you could claim it was. But we could not know that until it happened.
People want to talk about wade's laid back attitude, how he does not scream, how there is a perception that he does not hold players accountable and so on...but we went from a coach that was like that in Big Bill...Big Bill had similar results hear with a totally different style yet we are getting the same results or better...actually better results.
So I don't know how anyone could say the team has taken on his attitude, and even if it did, it being a negative when the results are better than the coach we had before which seemed to be a coach that some want.
Much rambling on my part but in a nutshell I am saying it is my opinion that you are wrong.
