Thursday Night Football

In all fairness Gabbert threw some nice passes during the 1st quarter on Sunday. Their offense looked a little more on point than it does now. These Thursday night games have been sloppy in general. I think some of these players just want to get this over with so they have the long break. Especially when they're on a bad team.

He's been woefully bad tonight. Missed all sorts of opportunities

Teams are just not at their best after a short week on Thursday night. Insisting on having another national NFL game on Thursday night in addition to the Sunday & Monday games is only leading to oversaturation of the league. The Thursday games are never really good, none of the teams want to be there.

This game is a perfect example of why the NFL's ratings have finally plateaued and are starting to drop.

Having watched Gabbert play, I think the only reason that Kaepernick isn't on the field is that they can't get that hair into a helmet.
