TC: Not sure when they are going to open up the roof. What conditions have to be there to open the roof

Jagger: I think they will open it on Thanksgiving

TC: If it is still warm, but they are going to have to do something to entertain the crowd because the Oakland raiders won't

Jagger: Played really well. Only concern, Tony Romo and Roy

TC: Weird. They had 3 plays where they were not on the same page. It only seems to happen with him. Hurd, Austin and other people he has played with less are on the same page. Maybe it is the receiver. They should get a little better as the season goes on, but not sure when

Jagger: Roy said that they've spent time together, stayed late after practice. Roy said last year he didn't have Romo's cell phone number last year but he has it now. I thought that was odd

TC: It is a little odd. Not sure what was going on there. It is clear that some of the things they do, just not on the same page. They do go on the sidelines and talk. So they are trying to correct the problem

Jagger: 11 passes, 2 receptions for 19 yards, not a great day for Roy

TC: At some point you are going to have every weapon ready, the Eagles may be the game where this may have to be the case

Jagger: Giants lost 3 in a row. Eagles win and a shootout for first place in the NFCE

TC: I've been up there on Monday night and the Eagles fans get so much worked up then the Cowboys fans. The Cowboys have had a longer rivalry with other teams. Eagles fans seem to hate the image of the Cowboys

Jagger: Checklist of things the Cowboys have gotten better at, 3-3 in the redzone, before they were 3-12, no pre-snap penalties. If Tony and Roy start to connect, it would be huge

TC: Roy was top 5 pick and the other guys were not drafted that high, so you wonder why they can't get on the same page

TC: I thought that Seattle brought alot of pressure but Tony Romo handled it well. He seems confident, 3 games with no interceptions

Jagger: Should he have been in the game in the 4th quarter when up by 28

TC: No, he should not had been in the game but I don't blame Wade because everyone else does it. Romo did get hit when they were up 38-10.

Jagger: Barber was still pounding the rock

TC: I think that was worst. Barber should have been out

Jagger: Big game, Cowboys and Eagles in Philadelphia. They needed a win last year to get into the Playoffs last year

TC: From a Cowboys fan point, it is not as important as the last game but the players want to get revenge for the embarrasing loss

I hate to be a downer, but I really think we drop this game to the Eagles.

I don't think we're good enough, or their bad enough, for either team to sweep. So I think we unfortunately go up there and lose. I'll definitely hope I'm wrong though.

Regarding Roy... I'm dumbfounded as to why they can't connect. Maybe Roy just isn't that good.

Yeah it's hard to understand what's happening with Roy. However he is blocking on the plays and making some contribution. I just wish he wouldn't quit on routes if that's what's happening. Tony said one of the passes was his fault because he threw too high. I'm just glad that Austin is coming on and it looks like Hurd was getting inspired some yesterday. Patrick has also been stepping up the past two weeks. If things keep going in this direction then maybe that'll give Roy some cover until they can get things worked out. I'm not giving up on him yet but I hope he doesn't end up being a bust.

Jerry said yesterday and it was talked about on the fans pregame show, that the roof was closed to keep the sun off the fans, it was done for the comfort of the fans.

If cowlishaw bothered to listen to the station that used to pay him he would know this, but I dont blame him, its a horrible station.

We did take barber out. We ran him twice to get us out of Seattle territory, then put Choice in to finish it off.

I don't get people. They say to save MB3 for the fourth quarter, because that's what he's best at, so we put him in the fourth quarter. He busts a big run, and then people say he shouldn't have been in there.

Catch-22. And I don't mean Emmitt.

He is still nursing a sore quad.

Choice is available.

The game is over with.

It's not really a discussion.

Choice should be getting all the garbage time carries.

But they lost the Raiders and played lackluster against Washington, so they arnt invincible either.

He was good enough to catch alot of balls and have some big games for Detroit. He hasnt gotten worse or forget how to play. Its definitely puzzling his production hasnt been betetr, but it will happen eventually.

This is just my opinion but based on the things Roy has said, I believe he is waiting for Romo to adjust to him. He thinks he is a great WR and has established himself in the NFL and Romo just needs to trust him and throw the ball. He (RW) needs to get off his high horse and start making adjustments to his game to fit into what works best with Romo. Again just my opinion.

As for the Eagles, I think the Boys are more than good enough to beat them. My biggest concern will they be able to maintain their focus and match their intensity?

My theory is very similar to yours, viman. I believe that in Detroit, Roy was the primary target so Kitna would give him extra time to get to wherever he was going to run, then throw the ball to him.

Dallas most often runs a timing-based offense. Romo throws the ball to where the receiver is supposed to be when he comes out of his break. If Roy is not running the route the way he is supposed to run it, he's not going to be at the spot where the ball is thrown. The fact that Romo seems to be on the same page as the other receivers tells me Roy is not where he is supposed to be.

I agree with you completely that RW needs to make the adjustment an get on board.

I don't really like the route tree that they are assigning to Roy....and 3 of Romo's passes to him where terrible. Otherwise, Tony is dominating right now.

That's because all Commander fans shouldn't even see the light of day this season. Most are staying well away from public places to avoid the inevitable ridicule.
