Did you intend to put CB at #2? I believe that will be the Oregon QB. I am not sure where Carson Beck will go. If he has a big game against IU, he could rise, but I don't see the 1st round with him. I think Ty S can rise to 8 with good workouts.

Diggs is on the Packers. We don't have a 2nd or 3rd round.pick.

If Diwns is there at 12 then that's a gimme.

I would rather take Styles there and the CB later. But make no mistake, DB will be a big target unless they do something in FA.

As far as Cason Beck at two over all...it would be universally stupid for the jets to take him second overall. He is just not that great of a QB IMO. Now the jets are pretty dumb, not sure they are that dumb though.

Carson Beck is big with a big arm. He has been in big games throughout his career. Yeah a pocket passer,I believe the NFL has pushed the all purpose QB and most are not getting to the Big Game. Time for the Ben Roethlisberger types to get the reins again.

Ok so Beck at 2, Banks at 9, Fanano at 21 seem way too early. Fano at 25 and McCoy at 28 seem way late. You may be right, but any of these would surprise me big time.

Fagnano had a nice year but he is a Day 3 pick all day every day. He might even be a UDFA and I would love it if they brought him in to compete with Milton. Beck will probably go on Day 2, I really doubt he works his way into Day 1. Kellen Moore has already said, Shough will be their QB next year.
At least Timb is throwing different names out there though. The real point of these mock draft's is to work through scenarios... so good job Timb.

It's possible Beck could make his way into the first, he was rated as the top QB for half of the season last year. His downfield passing is lacking this year though. It might be an after affect of his off-season elbow surgery.

Depending on how the board fell, I’d have zero issues with taking Delane at 12. Dude is a dog and we need another starter in caliber CB.

If the Cowboys are truly trying to win next year they should draft Mansoor Delane at 12 and at 20 draft Allen. At the very least they will be solid professionals on and off the field.Two walk in starters.

IMO, we need a total rebuild on defense. And have some holes on offense. We’re not close to a title, we can’t afford not to take BPA. Targeting a specific position when you need many makes no sense.
