Jerry's in the HOF and had a 16 million dollar party.

Some players will miss games with Suspensions. We don't really know how many or when until it actually happens (see Brady, Tom).

We do know there is a Cowboys game tonight and the season is just a few weeks away.

If they don't get some production from the large number of young players on defense, then none of the other stuff will matter anyway.

Many players need to show something in these preseason games.

Do we really get to see Jaylon?

The list of players that have something to prove (talent or health) is long.

Yeah that would be smart. Let's run him into the ground in a meaningless game and get him hurt so he can be out for the entire season. Maybe that is the answer. Get him hurt, have him serve the suspension while unable to play. It won't be like he is even getting penalized.

It's not about Goodell. It's about Zeke. We've seen Hardy and other suspended players play a lot in the PS. They won't be able to practice etc with the team come a couple of weeks. I'm pissed that he put us in this situation!!

So many potential players to watch:

Chaz Green - do they put him in at LG for a series with the Big 4 to see if that is our new OL?
Ryan Switzer - does he get to show that he is Cole Beasley 2.0 as a receiver AND show some return skills we haven't seen since Dwayne Harris?
Cooper, Bell, Cleary, et al - can any of these guys show that they are at the very least good depth?
Rico Gathers - He showed up in his first shot under the big lights. Can he add more tonight?
Andy Jones, Noah Brown, Brian Brown - will any of them be able to prove they should be on the opening day 53?
Cooper Rush and Luke McCown - can either legitimately be considered competition for Moore at #2. I have zero confidence in Moore.

Taco Charlton - Can he make some impact as a pass rusher?
Maliek Collins - Maybe a series to see how the defense does with some interior pressure?
Stephen Paea - Everyone says he has been a beast, would love to see how he looks.
Damontre Moore - Can he show more as a pass rusher?
Charles Tapper - Can he finish plays? He definitely has the burst to be a factor as a pass rusher.
Any LB not named Lee or Hitchens - Show us we have something to work with. Hoping Jaylon gets a shot. Wilson. Nzeocha. Jones and Gilchrist. Wacha.
CB - Carroll, Awuzie, Lewis and White. I guess Lewis isn't ready yet but want to see him soon.
S - Woods and Frazier. Can both show enough to unseat Blanton?

Zeke could walk on the field after a 6 week suspension and be the best guy on the field. There is absolutely no reason to expose Zeke to anything.

Would love to see Morris make some more big runs - hey if he keeps this up he is our #1 RB to start the year. The guy looks different this year. Chip on shoulder. Lean and mean.

I would guess nothing has changed as far as the plan for tonight. I would bet that Dallas will have starters play one series except those that have been dealing with injury. So maybe Tyron sits out. Butler obviously. A few others that have minor issues. Lee.

I'm skeptical that players that just returned to practice this week will play. Garrett is very conservative.

You may be right but Green has to learn the difference between being hurt and being injured. If he can't play through being a little hurt, he can't be counted on. The quote TOny Dungy said about Kenny Easley at the Pro Bowl is the expectation for players. Easley came out and was diagnosed with a separated shoulder. A few minutes later Dungy saw him put his pads back on and asked him what he was doing. Easley replied he was going out to play because there were just three safeties on the team and they couldn't play the whole game so he was going back in. THis is at the Pro Bowl. That is what an NFL player is. Or at least what I hope the players on my team are.
