Here's my conspiracy theory: Knowing the Giants are playing well, and will probably beat their playoff opponent, and Dallas will be a #1 seed, Dallas will face the Giants in the playoffs since they get to play the lowest seed after the bye. Follow me here - so we will play the Giants a third time. So, they are not revealing their ultimate game plan, and thus the related playcalling, until that most important 3rd matchup with the Giants.

Its frustrating..

Our answer to everything under Garrett has been:

1: Running the ball

2: Our QB making some kind of play with his feet.


Just figure out how to beat the stupid blitz already.

It's not that we didn't figure it out, it's because Garrett was OC and didn't figure it out and didn't have Romo in the game planning. The last two years he was OC, they ended with running primarily hurry up and threw out of shotgun 85% of the time. So anytime we were in shotgun defenses simply could blitz an extra, unchecked defender which happened multiple times and key up on the WRs because they knew it was pass. Particularly the Commanders.. Romo use to get sacked on average per a season with Garrett as OC close to 40 times a season..

Everything started changing when Garrett was removed from the equation and Romo started working with Linehan.

He was sacked a total of 29 in 2014. And 7 of those were given up in the first 2 games when they weren't settled.

That's night and day..

The coaches were probably so mad when the Giants safety bought on the fake and left Williams all alone for that TD. I'm surprised we didn't see Jerry himself charging from the sidelines to tackle Williams before he scored. There is just no way they wanted Dak to throw that TD, how are they supposed to get Romo in there if Dak doesn't suck? I just wish they would have screwed up the playcalling for someone like the Browns so they could have made Dak look bad and still won the game. Stupid coaches.

I know this is from out of left field but it seems to me that the offense has really been dumbed down the last few weeks even outside of the great defenses we've played. The playcalling has been very vanilla and it seems to me that as we get closer to the playoffs the more predictable our offense has been. Is it possible that Jerry has given the order to make the situation favorable to force Romo's return? I like Romo as much as anyone but this seems unfair to me. I could be wrong but tell me the offense has been the same as before we clinched the playoffs... Sorry but I'm wearing my tinfoil hat.

Dez is part of the Illuminati, he throws up the pyramid all the time. We can get insider information from him, like maybe other teams game plans or when Jaylon Smith eats a taco.
