Am I the only one getting tired of his same old routine? Just watched the "First take" video on Dallascowboys.com and he just bugs me. Nick Eatman is calling it straight and said that was a BS call and the refs took the game and he's correct. Broaddus chimes in about there were other plays to be made, well we all know that but it was THAT PLAY that cost us. He's always hyping Green Bay and hyping up our next opponent. Listening to hom at times you would think we were a 3 win team. Yes he knows his stuff but it seems like he has a axe to grind with the Boyz and takes shots at them indirectly. I told him he should've stayed in Green Bay. Dude irks me at times. Btw, that was a catch.

It would have given them one more shot to win the game. But of course the Cowboys had other opportunities starting with Murray's fumble that could have easily been a TD.

If he said that I agree with him. That play didn't cost us. The defense had chances to get the ball back. They couldn't. It sucks but the story of today is we did far more to hurt ourselves than the Pack had to do to win.

Yup we needed the defense to make one play in the last 3 drives. Just one

Yep. And they could't get off the field on 3rd down.

I said the same thing last week to Lions fans. You can complain about the flag but you guys couldn't stop us on 3rd down. And a week later we do the exact same thing. Can't get off the field on 3rd down and we got killed by a flag.

Eatman is right, it was a BS call. just like him giving Cobb that catch in the first half was a BS call. he came with an agenda. it it ended the cowboys season.

I don't think you can lose sight of the other plays and Dallas' defense not stopping Green Bay and getting the ball back. I just hate that the league is being so obtuse about them using the rule incorrectly (the rule isn't the problem, the execution from the refs is) and other people just taking everything at face value.

But the issue is that the defense needs to get better because even if we win the game, it's tough to believe we can beat the Seahawks in Seattle and whomever we would play in the Super Bowl if the defense doesn't play better. I don't think it was the worst defense ever, but I don't think it was a Super Bowl caliber.

I would just like to see somebody hold the league's fee to the fire and get them to explain how Dez didn't make another act common to football because those are Stetatore's exact words that he didn't see it. Instead we get the 'CJ Rule was the right rule' even though it wasn't because once the act common to football is made, the pass is deemed to be caught and it can no longer be considered incomplete...it can only be fumbled.

Broaddus was just on the radio, he killed the ref.

Huh? Hmmm...1st and goal on the 1 with 4 minutes left vs the packers ball on the 40 didn't cost us?

Every game has plays on both sides that they would like to have back...this is the NFL where every game comes down to the wire.

Broaddus is just upset that he's not a scout anymore and he feels like he's above the Talking Cowboys job he has. He only likes Sydney anyway, the way he giggles and smiles every time she talks is funny.

I certainly agree, he definitely comes across as if he's better then them. He's just annoying but I do like some of his work.

I'm going to say the same thing I said last week to Lions fans who wanted to make it as if that picked up flag cost them the game. There was more football after that play. Last week, all the Lions had to do was get some stops. Instead, they let us march down the field on them.

The game wasn't over after the Dez catch or lack there of. The defense had a few times to get some tops and couldn't do it. It sucks I know. Cowboys had a chance to get 3 points or 7 to end the half to be up 21 to 7 or 17 to 7. Instead, they missed the kick, opened up and we winning 14 to 10. That was huge.
