I'm going to say the same thing I said last week to Lions fans who wanted to make it as if that picked up flag cost them the game. There was more football after that play. Last week, all the Lions had to do was get some stops. Instead, they let us march down the field on them.

The game wasn't over after the Dez catch or lack there of. The defense had a few times to get some tops and couldn't do it. It sucks I know. Cowboys had a chance to get 3 points or 7 to end the half to be up 21 to 7 or 17 to 7. Instead, they missed the kick, opened up and we winning 14 to 10. That was huge.

We dont agree a lot, but I am 100% with you. One way or another (mainly lack of defensive stops) GB was going to win this game. Defense never stopped em once in the 4th quarter and there were 4 minutes left.

Broaddus was just on to, he killed the ref.

Thats good to hear but he'll come on another show and say something different, he often talks out both sides of his mouth. I been listening to him for years now.

Broadus used to scout for Green Bay and often says "we" when referring to them. He tries to be objective but his true feelings come out sometimes.

But we didn't get the ball back after that call so therefor that was our final change to score so how can you say it didn't cost us? I get it that we had other chances before and after but that doesn't take away from the impact of having 7 points taken off the board with 4 minutes left in a playoff game. It cost us.

Right. It sucks to admit it. And i'm not even mad at the defense. I feel like they did the best they could under the circumstances. They looked winded. But if Dez had scored that touchdown....I see no reason o believe they wouldn't have come down and scored a TD or a field goal.

But I WILL SAY that there's a big difference in having a 5 point lead as opposed to being down by 3. But still. I saw nothing from the defense at that point to think they'd stop Aaron. He was throwing some darts in there. That touchdown...I couldn't even be upset about the throw he had that went right between Wilcox and I think Moore.

I like Broaddus, and Mickey too, for that matter. I like the info they provide. It doesn't mean they are right all the time, but I agree w/ a lot of what Brian says. I was a great season and hopefully, next year will be even better. When you look back as I do, and think about all the games, players, coaches, and plays that have transpired since I sat in the Cotton Bowl watching Dallas in their first NFL Championship game, you'll take losses like this more in stride, and realize that there is always next year. Here's to 2015!!!...

He's right. Block better. Tell your RB not to fumble. Tell your QB not to bobble the snap on the 3r@1. Tell your QB to please get rid of the darn ball!! You've been a starter for 9 friggin years!! Enough already

Fire your strength coach because you have the weakest de in football. Blown sacks all year.

Btw Patmon was the reason Hanna didn't recover that fumble.

Tell your coach not to play your two most important players on your team(other than Romo)(melton and Crawford) in the season finale when you have nothing to gain.

We had no real chance without Melton. Not against a big boy like GB or Sea.

Am I the only one getting tired of his same old routine? Just watched the "First take" video on Dallascowboys.com and he just bugs me. Nick Eatman is calling it straight and said that was a BS call and the refs took the game and he's correct. Broaddus chimes in about there were other plays to be made, well we all know that but it was THAT PLAY that cost us. He's always hyping Green Bay and hyping up our next opponent. Listening to hom at times you would think we were a 3 win team. Yes he knows his stuff but it seems like he has a axe to grind with the Boyz and takes shots at them indirectly. I told him he should've stayed in Green Bay. Dude irks me at times. Btw, that was a catch.

I agree. I appreciate that he answers lots of fan questions on twitter and some of the film breakdown stuff is good. But his smugness is annoying. He often answers legit questions with sarcastic questions. He's so big on the "don't make excuses" stuff that he's almost unwilling to address bad calls at times. He threatened to block people on twitter who asked about the Detroit call but will answer "Is Lee coming back this year?" 500 times. He comes of as a bit of a Richard but he does provide a good amount of info.

No doubt. And I would be upset if we went ahead and GB came back, but could accept that a lot better (our D has been a our weakness) than watching the refs overturn a catch. If we lost after a GB comeback on their final drive I'd be upset about Murray's fumble, Bailey's miss and Hanna not holding on to that fumbled return, but I wouldn't feel cheated. This is a sick feeling that I'll likely never get over.

I agree, I don't think we would have stopped Green Bay from scoring either.............even if we score a TD there, we have a 2 point lead. Yea, we probably would have gone for 2 points but the league average is like 53% on 2 point tries, so its basically flipping a coin if you get it or not.

There was still about 4 mins left in the game and Green Bay had 2 timeouts and the 2 min warning................I seriously doubt we would have kept them out of FG range or even out of the end zone considering we could not get a single stop the entire 4th quarter. In other words, we still would have most likely lost the game even if Dez scored because our defense is just not good enough.

Maybe you should just stick with Company Man Micky.

Broaddus is just upset that he's not a scout anymore and he feels like he's above the Talking Cowboys job he has. He only likes Sydney anyway, the way he giggles and smiles every time she talks is funny.

Its kinda creepy the way he looks at Sydney, he is old enough to be her grandpa and he is flirting with her with all the giggles and smiles.................and yea, I think he is clearly pissed he got his arse fired from scouting and has to do a stupid webcast everyday, like it is so beneath him.

Regarding getting rid of the ball: I agree. Although Tony had a good QB game in regards to throwing the ball, he wouldn't be as banged up if he would get rid of the ball when the play breaks down:facepalm:. It's not going to happen though because it's not in his nature to give up on the play. If he wants to be broke-down at the end of his career then that's on him. I still support him 110%.

Yep. And they could't get off the field on 3rd down.

I said the same thing last week to Lions fans. You can complain about the flag but you guys couldn't stop us on 3rd down. And a week later we do the exact same thing. Can't get off the field on 3rd down and we got killed by a flag.

Its so easy to say that, but horrible calls like that are like big punches to the gut, given the time and being the away team. I know personally, my gut still hurts, so imagine how the players feel.
