Newman has been a big diapoointment to this me this entire year.

I think this team is about as fragile as they come. They are a bunch of whining babies, and all they really want is an excuse.

This whole "snitch" stuff is just another excuse. They should have manned up, dealt with it, ignored it afterwards, and played football. Instead, they get crushed in an embarrassing manner, and then they cry some more about this snitch.

If they want to know who "ruined" the season, they can all look in the mirror. That's on everyone associated with the Cowboys from Jerry to the coaches to the players.

Also, it is odd that Terence Newman feels it is wrong to air dirty laundry in secret but it is okay for himself to air dirty laundry in public.

He shouldn't have never gotten on ESPN's first take or whatever that show was and told everyone that there were players going up to Terrell Owens and asking him why Jason Witten gets the football more than he does.

Also, if Jason Witten is the snitch, even though he was wrong for doing it, I still wouldn't consider him a "Coward".

This is Jason Witten we are talking about here.

This isn't his first go round with being a hypocrite.

He aired out Roy Williams last summer with his 'Deer in the headlights' comment and then tried to brush it off.

If "Mr. Softy" want to begin the path of not being "Mr. Softy, " then he should incorporate these few rules now:

1. No Staff is allowed to talk to the media. You do, or if there's a media leak, and you get fined or suspended.
2. The players are not allowed to call out a fellow team member(s) to the media. If you have a problem with a team member talk to the player first. Get no results then take it to your coordinator and then HC and coordinator will address it. No media leaks. If there is one and they find out who leaked, player will be fined and lose their starting job for x number of games.
3. All team information should come from 2 sources (It should be one, but we will give Jerry the benefit of the doubt). And Wade and Jerry should be exactly in sync with what is said. Jerry should not say one thing and Wade another, and vice versa. If it's in sync it makes you look more unified.

That's a good start.
