Michael made a good point concerning someone rehabbing and running fast but in control on the sideline vs running routes in practice. He thinks the competitiveness of an athlete esp one like TO causes players to go over that line of running in control. In practice the athlete will more likely run beyond a speed/effort where one could injure themselves.
Something I don't think has been mentioned and an area where I thought TO might have been being difficult.
