Can someone please explain to me why the **** Brian Stewart was named in a recent Wade PC as being back next year? WTH is he going to do? Fill the water bottles? The guy stole money from Jerry week after week and if he had any sort if conscience he would offer to give some of that money back...

Highway robbery IMO...

If Wade is going to be calling the plays, who really cares who the D.C. is?

And what D.C. would want to come to Dallas if he isn't going to be a playcaller?

I hear ya. The way Jerry waste money, I am thinking of spending in my resume. Me and my play station 2 on the sideline would be lethal.

All kinds of people steal money from Jerry. He doesn't care because he makes tons of it.

What has Bobby Carpenter done in 3 years besides look like a ***? What has Isiah Stanback done? Not a thing.

I really doubt that Stewart has NOTHING to do with the success of our d. Yes, things changed when he stopped calling plays. Obviously, Wade Phillips, perhaps one of the best DCs in the league for a long long time, is going to improve your playcalling. Still, Stewart likely has a big role in preparing the players, installing new plays, etc. Firing him would be symbolic at best.

Did you watch any of the games after the D turned it around? After a big stand Stewart was looking for high fives and always left hanging. That should tell you all you need to know.

It really doesn't matter. Jerry is still the GM, and Wade is still the puppet. In the grand scheme of things, Brian Stewart doesn't even register.

Stewart was mostly clueless and it showed for the first 10-12 weeks of the season before Wade took over the defensive reigns.

I wonder if maybe Stewart is good at running defensive meetings or something. That's about the only responsibility he might have left.

I can't see him being useful for anything more than filling water bottles.

Do you honestly think that Stewart wasn't doing anything over those weeks? Wade took over the play calling -- there is far more to running the D than that.

The way that defense was performing before Wade took over?.. Yes. I honestly think that Stewart was in way over his head.

I loved the shots of Stew pumping his fist in the air after a 3rd down stop, like he had anything to do with it.

It was freaking embarrassing just watching it.:

:lmao: or those absolute looks of bewilderment whenever the defense screwed up. You can forget coming to the sideline to find out what you need to correct. Stewart was just as lost as the players.
