If TO would just put his ego aside he would be able to see the potential here. All I hear about is him talking about himself...but if he was smart and really wanted to win a championship he would be singing another tune. It took years for Michael to understand that with all that talent he couldnt do it alone and trust me the odds are alot different on a basketball court than on an NFL team to be able to do that. Think about it. TO got ALOT of balls thrown his way in philly and it still wasnt enough because his whole problem in philly eminated from him not getting a few balls thrown to him...he was probably complaining about it over and over and finally Donovan told him to shut the bleep up...you mean to tell me that he blew that whole team up over that? I dont buy the jealous thing...come on you see donovan he doesnt really care about all of that...he just wants to win...that whole thing was BS....the problem is TO is selfish...we all know that...he is still selfish and I truthfully am tired of hearing from him...

If he would finally get what this is all about and see the TEAM potential from him just being here, we could win a championship. Now dont get me wrong Parcells sees it and he is going to try and exploit it but the problem will come into play when TO is not getting the ball as much as he wants to. Will Parcells and Jerrah be able to control that? Let's hope so but if TO would wake up and smell the coffee it wouldnt be a problem. With TO Witten is going to be on a linebacker all day with no help from the safety...if he does get help and he is on TO's side then TO is going to be open because no one can cover him one and one...if he doesnt then he will be open...NO way to double Terry Glenn because that is going to leave everything else open...you cant double both receivers because that leaves everything else open...running lanes for days...so pick your poison basically...you can see it, BP can see it, Jerrah can see it, even all the players see it...but I DONT THINK TO SEES IT...HIS EGO WONT LET HIM...LEARN FROM MJ T.O., YOU CAN GET YOUR RING IF YOU WANT IT,,,ITS RIGHT HERE...BUT YOU MUST PUT YOUR EGO ASIDE...I DONT KNOW IF HE CAN...HOW CAN T.O. PUT T.O. ASIDE? AND WE ALL KNOW THAT TERRELL IS NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO DO IT...

Why don't we get past the first day before we say what TO can and cannot learn from.

When he actually committs the aforementioned crimes in the blue and silver, then I'll be worried. Until then, chill.

ITS obvious he is all about himself...listen to him...he is already committing the crime in his heart...it will come out soon enough...now parcells may be able to keep him in check but what I am saying is if he would see the big picture it would never get to that...and he isnt seeing the big picture trust me...he also may not have the character to ever see it...

Michael was all about ego on the field. His sportsmanship had little to do with manners and everything to do with beating your a__. Owens will prove his worth on the field. If his showmanship distracts you to the point of insanity, then do something else! Me I'm going to watch the COWBOYS!

The biggest highlight of TO's career, the one thing he gets the most credit for from even the most ardent TO hater is what he did to come back and not only play in the SB, but to actually excell in it coming back from that injury.

Trust me TO understands there is nothing - not one single thing - that he can do that will bring more attention on himself then winning games and going to the Superbowl.

THe motivation may be different, but the goal is the same.

The guy is not Randy Moss. For all his bad rep, no one has ever questioned what he does on the field, and that's why I believe Bill bought into signing him.

TO can just be TO. As long as the distractions don't get too distracting, we can ride his ego and his need to be the center of the universe right to the Big Game - because no one will work harder than TO to make that happen, regardless of whether he tones down the ego or not.

The one true thing to fear with TO is if we start losing, because he will just help spiral it downward. But IRvin hated losing passionately too.

I agree with those who say let him show his talent on the field. If he has a little ego, well its not like we didn't see that before in Mike.

From everyone of his teammates who I have read from in the media says that TO is a team player and helps them learn a few things.

What do you want? TO to shut up and sit in a corner? It is not his character just like it wasn't Mikes.
If him making guarantees and talking himself up bothers you, then you have been brainwashed by the media hype into thinking that is equivacal to destroying a team.

TO is exactly what this team needs. This team needs to feel like it can beat anyone. It has been a long time since they felt that way. TO lets his teammates know that this is their time.

Good for him, keep talking TO!

We had ego on this team long before Irvin as well.
