Not sure what Owens has to complain about. It was Garrett's first coaching year in Dallas, as offensive coordinator, in 2007, that Owens and Romo lit up the league. Owens set a Cowboys franchise record of 15 TD receptions in a single season that year.

That’s because Sparano was there to baby sit him. The very next year they dropped to bottom half of the league in scoring.

Garrett = 19+ years with the Cowboys .. (7 as a player, 3 as an OC, 9+ as head coach)

Owens = 3 years as a player for the Cowboys

The math may be hard for Owens but hard to make that an insult toward Garrett without making yourself look much worse in his case.

Because of his father who was right there alongside him. What did Garrett actually contribute during that time?

T.O accomplished more in his 3 years with the Cowboys then clapper boy did in his 10 season as head coach.

dude I give him respect for the totality of his career in stats and being 2nd overall wr in the hof name..

however how did JG alone be signaled out when you were let go by was it Martz or seifert? then Reid, garett, cinci and? did I forget any?

you wore on coaches and they cut you..it happened move on and garett got 10yrs , thats not exactly some crazy out of left field surprise he was finally let go..now if it was soon after he cut TO, thats one thing but its been a long time..

get over it TO, he simply lost his job after 10years..

The awesome person never met an OC or HC he could deal with and they got tired of dealing with him. Physically gifted and emotionally challenged.
