Today's crowd and noise

how was the crowd today and the noise level.
It seemed pretty good and loud and at the right times on TV.

People complain about it other times, so gives props this week

Oh, and that sun was a non factor.

The sun was a non factor because of cloud cover and the fact that the game was over by the time it usually becomes an issue anyway, ie settled not actually finished.

Stadium was loud. Mostly at the right times, a couple of times when we were deep in the red zone on offense that I didn't like but in general pretty good.

Watching on TV I usually never hear the crowd during home games but today I felt like the crowd may even force an opponent's false start. It didn't happen but still much better IMO.

People have been crying about crowd noise for as long as I've been a fan (a looooong time). They even complained during the glory-year 90's.

To me, it's a false narrative.

Are we ever going to be Green Bay, New Orleans or Seattle?

No, of course not, but for some reason the crowd always seems quieter during telecasts, when I know they're loud in person.

If we keep winning, the crowds will get even louder.

It seemed as though the crowd was really into it today. Having something to cheer about will do that for you.

Playoff game in 2014 you couldn't hear people standing next to you. It can get very really loud in there.
