the cowboys are 10-10 their last 20 games, thats more important
he thinks how wade approaches the team during the season in hitting etc is more important,
talking about how wade was saying he wanted 4 years for a coach to win and that todd said capers took a franchise his 2nd year, tomlin won the super bowl his 2nd year, whisenhunt took a team to super bowl his 2nd year,
in other words, who wants to wait for 4 years, like wade says, the team is built to win now, not another year from now, is what im hearing todd say;
wade does have a option year on his contract, but the cowboys havent picked that up yet, its up to wade to do something now

didnt pay attention to it,
they talked about ticket sales, pricing etc
and how wade should make open competition, smoaky mentioned that some of the veterans, have no fear of losing their jobs and are just given it, and that wade should make open competition. So, in other words, say someone like Flozell has some more bad games, then you give doug free a chance, thats what todd said;
