says Dallas loves Mike Jenkins, his size, and his ability to get the ball, his words, and would be ecstatic if he's there at 22

and at 28 thinks we take Felix Jones

what was wierd is he mentioned Tracy Porter when talking about the pick at 22, I don't think 22 is good value for Porter, but thought that was interesting

I think I would cry if we took Porter at 22.

Didn't the FWST also report that we were interested in Jenkins? That he was the #1 on our board?

idk about that, but he said that we had him at VR, I can't remember if he was on the list of official invites or not

you'll like this, they're about to talk about your boy Dexter Jackson

I'm starting to get the impression that I should just prepare myself for disappointment come draft day.

I just watched that on NFL.com and Archer mentions that Jerry "Loves arkansas guys".

Too bad Jerry doesn't.

lol, shut up!

As far as the WR rankings go, Nelson and Manningham are my favorite of those five haha.

I think Dex will be a great pick for someone... I hope it's us.

What did they say, Bob?

Jenkins at 22 and Jones at 28 would be a pretty good start to the draft. Two of our three biggest needs filled just like that.

Yep, pretty sure that Clarence Hill said that.

I'm not that enthused by Jenkins, but I can see why Dallas would want him, he's probably the best man corner in this draft, and Wade likes to run that coverage scheme

What is with these guys thinking that Green Bay is going to take another 1st round QB?

Not going to happen.

Personally I think his coverage skills are overrated. Yes he does a good job of rerouting WRs, but if the WR gets a clean release or counters his jam then Jenkins ends up in trouble more than you like to see. He's a player I'd be very wary of, probably the most overrated CB in the class in my eyes.

I think Jenkins has as much skill as anyone in this draft at the CB position. I just worry about him above the shoulders. I don't worry that much though... He'll probably be fine, attitude and character wise.

Can you recap once they talk about Jackson?

I would appreciate it.
They spoke very highly of him. Said he would make a great slot WR and also brings kick off return skills so he is kind of two in one player, something that NFL teams are starting to gravitate towards. Looks like a end of the 2nd or early 3rd guy.

They also spoke highly of Nelson.

I think that player is Talib.

He got ripped pretty good on NFL Live tonight.

Thanks, bro.

Man... I was hoping we could get him in round 3, but it's looking more and more like he'll be gone by then.

I really, really think he's going to be a star or close to it.
