Its like we beat the drum over and over. Not sure why people keep hating on the defense. I wrote a post just last week that his defense was becoming elite. Have really enjoyed your post, comments and input. You have a great knowledge of football and wish most shared it

You too bro. Just fight and keep fighting as Garrett says.

A two time super bowl qb had the ball slip from his hand on a throw and said after the game the ball was hard to grip. He also threw for pretty much the same yards, first downs and tds/ints as his counter part.

It's wasn't a game for qbs, it happens.
This is not a good comparison.

That two time superbowl MVP has been a bottom 10 QB this year and is the most overrated player in league history.

Tom Brady wasn't asked to do nearly as much in 2001 as Dak is expected to do now.
Hence the pedestrian stats. He made key plays at times but the play calling protected him.
As did the defense.

It's been 15 years since then. The game is played differently now.

Someone mentioned in another thread that Dak would need to continue to play poorly until
halftime of the Monday night game against Detroit. That's 6 quarters of play. I seriously doubt he
gets pulled at all. But, if they do it, that will be when it happens. No sense in getting on the ledge
until then.

brady was quite ordinary the first year, he did play smart, and made big plays when it had to be done as season went on.
But he had help from wr's coaching, and a very good defense.
